About Aluminz

Founded to address critical challenges in circular metals manufacturing, Aluminz is North America’s first aluminum recovery company to adopt a zero-landfill production model. Headquartered in Texas, the company specializes in modular tolling solutions that help industrial producers convert aluminum dross and scrap into high-grade secondary aluminum with over 90% fewer greenhouse gas emissions than conventional processes.

The company’s proprietary system supports aluminum recovery from white dross, black dross, and various aluminum scrap streams, meeting the rigorous quality requirements of aerospace, electronics, automotive, and renewable energy sectors.

Aluminz is actively building its first full-scale facility in Mount Pleasant, Texas—set to become the first zero-landfill aluminum tolling facility in the United States. The site will feature direct rail access, a 7.5 MW solar array, and a 140,000 MT/year conversion capacity. The company works closely with local workforce development programs and maintains strong partnerships across both private industry and public sector economic development groups.

As aluminum plays an increasingly critical role in lightweighting, electrification, and infrastructure, Aluminz is positioned at the forefront of sustainable industrial metals recovery, offering a scalable solution for decarbonizing the aluminum supply chain across North America and beyond.
