Integrated Water Services has announced its recent acquisition of Complete Filtration Resources, as part of its planned expansion into industrial wastewater treatment, process filtration, and water reuse markets supporting food and beverage and industrial processing operations. The acquisition combines Integrated Water Services’ modular wastewater treatment and membrane bioreactor technologies with Complete Filtration Resources’ process filtration and industrial wastewater expertise, particularly across dairy and protein processing environments.
Industrial water reuse, process filtration, and wastewater treatment technologies are becoming increasingly important across manufacturing and food processing environments as companies work to improve operational efficiency, reduce water consumption, and support broader industrial sustainability and infrastructure modernization efforts.
Integrated Water Services develops modular water, wastewater, recycle, and reuse systems supporting municipal, commercial, residential, and industrial infrastructure applications. Complete Filtration Resources designs and engineers process filtration and industrial wastewater systems used throughout food and beverage manufacturing operations.
The acquisition is intended to expand capabilities involving process filtration, wastewater treatment, digital monitoring, remote system management, and modular water infrastructure technologies designed to support industrial customers requiring scalable water management solutions.

Integrated Water Services’ acquisition of Complete Filtration Resources expands the company’s industrial wastewater treatment, process filtration, and water reuse capabilities across food and beverage manufacturing environments.
“From day one, our priority was finding the right long-term partner for our employees, customers, and future growth,” said John Park, CEO of Complete Filtration, who will continue to hold significant ownership and remain active in the combined group. “This decision allows us to preserve what makes Complete Filtration special while accelerating our next phase of growth. Teaming up with IWS to strengthen and accelerate the wastewater side of the business was the logical choice.”
The combined operations are expected to provide broader engineering and deployment capabilities involving membrane filtration, wastewater treatment, modular system design, process optimization, and lifecycle support services across industrial water infrastructure projects.
The companies also highlighted increasing demand for remote monitoring, digital optimization, and scalable modular systems capable of supporting industrial operators facing workforce constraints and growing operational complexity.
“At IWS, we’re passionate about water and wastewater infrastructure, and about doing this work with purpose,” said Cody Phipps, CEO of IWS. Complete Filtration shares that same passion and values-driven culture. By bringing together their industry-leading process filtration expertise with IWS’s modular treatment solutions and digital and remote monitoring, we’re expanding our ability to address an underserved mid-market with a combination of products and services the industry hasn’t seen before.”
Industrial wastewater treatment and reuse technologies continue receiving increased attention across manufacturing sectors as water availability, environmental regulations, sustainability initiatives, and industrial process efficiency shape long-term infrastructure investment decisions.
“The acquisition of Complete Filtration is a pivotal milestone in our mission to build a preeminent water treatment platform,” said John Rigas, Chairman and CEO of Sciens Water. “Complete Filtration perfectly combines technical excellence with a clear sense of purpose. This partnership enhances IWS’s ability to provide integrated process, water, and wastewater solutions to specialized industrial sectors, creating a powerful foundation for long-term growth and innovation.”
